Our Linux and Windows VPS plans are not the traditional VPS products that most providers offer where you are assigned a static VPS with preset resources and configurations. With our plans you are effectively provided with a pool of resources that you can use as you see fit.

For example, with a VPS 12 plan you get:

12 GB of RAM
6 CPU cores
160 GB SSD

These can be assigned all on a single VPS, but you can also split them between 2 (or more) separate VPS servers. For example, you could have 3 VPS servers with 4GB RAM, 2 CPU cores and 50GB SSD. Or build a big 6GB RAM, 4 CPU VPS and one more with 2GB RAM and 2 CPU cores. The possibilities are endless!

Our Service Management Portal makes all this possible. Follow the tutorial to customize and resize your VPS servers as needed.


Go to our Service Management Portal. If you’re not already logged in, enter your email address and password that were provided with your account details email and click on Submit.

Click on the VPS you want to edit (in this case there’s just one but you might have more).

This is the dashboard for your VPS. From this page you can see the public IP of your VPS which you can use to connect with the usual tools (Remote Desktop for Windows, console for Linux).

You can also check some vital stats for you VPS, such as the CPU, RAM, Storage I/O and Network I/O averages for 1 hour, 1 day and 1 month periods.

You can also check how much of your plan’s resources you are using. To do that just scroll down to the “Usage overview” section. Our example is using a VPS 12 plan so there are a lot of unused resources at the moment.

From this section of the dashboard you can also control your VPS. You can shut it down, stop it, restart it or pause it. You can use these control panel commands if your VPS becomes unresponsive and you can can’t connect with console or RDP.

To resize your VPS you first need to shut it down. Click on Shutdown to do that.

It shouldn’t take long for your VPS to shut down, usually just a few seconds for newly provisioned VPS servers. Once that’s done, click on “Configure”.

You’ll see the VPS server’s current configuration. If it’s a newly provisioned VPS then it will be using our default minimal configuration which is the “Custom (1 core(s), 1024 MB)” option in the “Virtual Machine Size” drop down box.

Select the desired VPS size from the drop down menu and then click on “Save”.

If you also want to change the SSD disk size then select the disk and click on “Expand”.

You’ll see the following dialog box.

Move the slider or type the new SSD disk size and click on the checkmark.

The changes are saved and your disk is expanded. Note that this is on a “hardware” level. You will have to use your OS’s tools to actually expand the disk.

We now have resized the VPS by adding more RAM and expanding the SSD disk size. The “Usage Overview” section verifies the changes.

Don’t forget that we had to shut down the VPS to make the changes. Click on “Start” to boot it back up.

You can also delete a VPS through the control panel. To delete a VPS just click on “Delete” on the Dashboard. Please note that this action is irreversible, you cannot recover a VPS once you delete it.
